NEST New York aimed to expand their global presence, but entering new markets presented challenges. By curating key collections & products tailored to the right audiences, I supported the increase of their global distribution, which led to a sales increase of over +15% compared to the target.

PROJECT EARTH
In 2020, I launched Selfridges' inaugural sustainability campaign, a project 1.5 years in the making that involved key brand partners and company-wide stakeholders. The campaign attracted 1 million new customers and boosted engagement by over 40% year-over-year. It remains a cornerstone of the brand and is widely recognized as a leading example of sustainability in luxury and retail across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sectors.

Selfridges
Working with Selfridges as a client, was a significant honor in my career. As a consultant, I developed a new rate card structure for brands, including digital media. Additionally, I assisted them in securing brand funding, which resulted in an incremental 10% of brand contributions for revenue in 2023.

Having known the brand for a long time & having a very healthy respect for the complexities of their fragrance collection as well as the sheer expanse of their range & success to date, I was delighted to be asked to support their retail strategy growth. I supported commercial negotiations to increase their retail presence resulting in a 23% increase in customer retention.
FORTNUM & MASON:
GIFT BASKETS IN THE USA
Due to differing regional terminology, the term ‘hamper’ was not performing well across performance channels. By gaining a better understanding of local terminology and optimizing keywords, revenue increased by 34% over peak period.

DECORTE
Though the brand was well-established in Asia, it faced challenges gaining traction in the UK. By reallocating the budget to boost awareness, we increased search volume, leading to higher sales both online and offline.
